Whether you’re training to join the infamous British Army, a Nod in CTC RM, a Joe in Para Depot or a trained rank preparing for selection of some sort, there will come a time (Many a time) when the devil reads your name and you enter the hurt locker. Physical fitness is like body armour the fitter you are the less likely you are to catch that metaphorical piece of frag. However even for those that embody Spartan perfection every one tastes physical exhaustion from time to time.
