When training multiple components of fitness the organisation of strength training and conditioning work presents a conundrum to many athletes. The question presents its self; should I do this first? Or that first? Therefore this article seeks to address the organisation of time and training during a week and during a day with the aim of providing you with the information to aid your own programme design.
Regardless of what category a particular component of fitness falls into, when trained, the fatigue it will induce be it energy substrate, mental, physical or damage of musculature etc. does not matter.
